This is where it all began. Rich Chey and Brook Messina turned their vision into reality when they opened the first Doc Chey's Noodle House in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta in 1997. Their goal was to offer guests "a beer and a bowl for under $10". The winning combination of affordable, delicious pan-Asian food, ample portions, friendly, efficient service and a funky, fun atmosphere has made Doc Chey's an Atlanta dining institution. Our efforts have not gone unnoticed. This location has been featured in Bon Appetite Magazine, Atlanta Magazine, Nations Restaurant News and MTV's Real World.

DOUBLE POINT DISH – BASIL ROLLS

During August, enjoy double Karma Card points on our Fresh Vietnamese Basil Rolls.  Each order includes 2 rolls filled with shrimp, lettuce, vermicelli, carrots & Thai basil hand-wrapped in rice paper and served at room temperature with a hoisin dipping sauce.  It's delicious, nutritious and a perfect side or appetizer to share.

ANNIVERSARY PARTY & MORNINGSIDE MILESUNDAY, OCT. 24 (NOON – 4PM)

Mark your calendar!  Doc's big 13th anniversary party is scheduled for Oct. 24 at Doc Chey's Virginia Highland, the finish line of the Morningside Mile, Atlanta's only 1 mile race.  Event proceeds will benefit the restoration of Atlanta's oldest fire station, firehouse 19 in Virginia Highland.  Join us for Doc's annual noodle eating contest, sumo wrestling tournament, costume contest, specials, prizes & family fun for all ages.  Our neighborhood firefighters & other Morningside Village businesses will be hosting family activities, sales and specials too.  There will be cash prizes for Atlanta's fastest runners, and each runner will get a free Mazuno shirt and Sweetwater beer.  To register for the race, visit here.

PEACE LOVE CATERING

OVER $80K RAISED FOR CHARITIES
We started our charitable arm, HomeGrown Charities, less than 2 years ago, and we've already raised nearly $80,000 for local organizations!  Over the past few months, Doc Chey's has raised over $4,500 through dine-outs for Crime Stoppers,Zoo Atlanta Pandas, Morningside Elementary, Fernbank Elementary, Mary Lin Elementary and Frazier Cycling.  Thank you for attending our special events and dine-out nights.  Now that's good karma!
